EverLine Coatings

The challenge was to launch and grow a new EverLine Coatings franchise in a competitive Texas market, where multiple locations were already active. As Marketing & Account Representative, I led efforts to generate qualified leads, optimize digital visibility, and build a reputation for professionalism and responsiveness. With minimal brand assets available locally, I also supported the development of new marketing and sales materials tailored to our region.

Overview: Developed and executed a local B2B marketing strategy combining lead generation, paid media, SEO, and outbound sales. Managed PPC campaigns across Google and Bing Ads, optimized the Google Business profile, and nurtured over 1,500 leads in HubSpot CRM. Produced social content, designed quarterly business review decks, and built strong relationships with prospective clients to increase engagement and market positioning.

Goal: Establish our franchise as a trusted and recognizable provider of pavement maintenance services in Texas. Differentiate from nearby EverLine locations, generate consistent inbound and outbound leads, and support retention and expansion through high-touch communication and data-driven insights.
