Marketing & Brand Manager

Problem:
1-ART entered the market with only a logo and a tagline, "Art 1 Wishes." The company was building 3D printed bronze sculptures using a new process that combined modern printing technology with traditional bronze craftsmanship, each piece embedded with an encrypted NFC chip linking to a certificate of ownership and provenance. As a category pioneer with no direct competitors, the brand had no existing playbook, no visual identity, and no digital presence to build from.
Process:
As sole marketer, I built 1-ART's brand identity and digital presence from the ground up, researching art galleries, luxury brands, and technology companies to inform a visual language for a category that did not yet exist. I developed audience segments across three groups: investors evaluating the sculptures as an asset class, a luxury consumer base across Europe given the brand's Monaco origins, and artists we approached for design collaborations and licensing. I defined the creative direction and produced all content, over 90 multimedia pieces across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, including branded materials, investor decks, and Kickstarter merchandise, while briefing an in-house graphic designer on supporting touch-ups like image edits and logo adaptations. Creative direction centered on letting the art speak for itself, minimalist content with each sculpture as the sole focus, paired with historical storytelling that gave context and value to each piece. As the founders introduced new sculptures, the collection moved through distinct creative chapters, and I shaped the content and creative direction for each one through ongoing research and creative testing.
Outcome:
This work grew social engagement by 125% and website traffic by 25% through precision audience targeting and messaging strategy tailored to investors and luxury consumers across Europe. The brand's Kickstarter campaign reached its funding goal, validating market demand for a category with no prior precedent.
